FAQ
FAQ Canada Marketplace
How to place a bid on this marketplace?
Click on the ‘bid now’ link beside the item actual. Now you will be forwarded to the bidding area for this product located at the ebay canada website. Place your bid before the end date. Done.
I have a question to the seller, how to contact him/her?
You can click on a link named ‘ask seller a question’. This link is to be found to the right inside the bidding area. It is always a good idea to send the seller a question anyway. This way you can get the first impression about the product and the seller and explore if it is worth your time and investment for to follow it through into a winning bid.
Is this safe?
Yes, as safe as it can be. People bid every day and receive their products without any problems. Always make sure that you have the latest updated security software and protectional system on your computer. Paypal also offers a buying protection up to a certain amount for each item respectively (also displayed on the bidding area). Always contact eBay, Paypal and/or the seller immediately if anything is suspect.
I found a beautiful and rare mosaic vase for sale but I live outside Canada. Can I bid?
Yes you can.
How to bookmark a listed product?
Click on the blue link named ‘add to watchlist’ after the ‘Bid now’-link and beside the picture of the item.
How do I know that I have won the bid?
You will get a mail from ebay canada and the seller informing you about the end result including how and when you will get the unit to your home.
Will the items only be shipped to people with a residence in Canada?
Not always a necessity. Many sellers actually do ship to other countries as well. Just scroll down on the bidding page and look after. You will find where the seller is located on the earth as well as if he/she is able to ship to your country.
