This way you can get the first impression about the product and the seller and explore if it is worth your time and investment for to follow it through into a winning bid.

Is this safe?

Yes, as safe as it can be. People bid every day and receive their products without any problems. Always make sure that you have the latest updated security software and protectional system on your computer. Paypal also offers a buying protection up to a certain amount for each item respectively (also displayed on the bidding area). Always contact eBay, Paypal and/or the seller immediately if anything is suspect.

Not always a necessity. Many sellers actually do ship to other countries as well. Just scroll down on the bidding page and look after. You will find where the seller is located on the earth as well as if he/she is able to ship to your country.
